3 Supervision CEs
(3 Hours NBCC CEs)
Saturday December 6th, 2025 from 2:00 PM to :15 PM on Zoom

Conflict and relational ruptures are an expected part of both clinical and supervisory relationships. This experiential and reflective workshop is designed for clinical supervisors and mental health professionals who want to expand their capacity to recognize, respond to, and repair relational disruptions within the supervisory relationship.

Objectives Include:
-Identify common sources and patterns of conflict and relational rupture in supervisory and clinical relationships, with attention to power, identity, and developmental stage.
-Apply theoretical models to understand conflict and rupture as opportunities for growth and increased relational depth.
-Learn and practice evidence-based strategies for recognizing, addressing, and repairing relational ruptures in supervisory and client-therapist interactions.
