I have already made an account with the Oklahoma Counseling Institute, but it isn't recognizing my email and password. What do I do?
The first time you log on to our new Counseling Institute site, you will need to create a new account. However, as long as you answer "yes" when the system asks "is this you?" regarding your email address, your membership information from the previous account will sync up with your new account.
Why shouldn't I use guest checkout when purchasing courses?
If guest checkout is used when a course is purchased, the website does not know to which account the course should be linked. If guest checkout is used to purchase a course, please contact the OCI staff at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 405-440-3034 with your receipt number and email address. An OCI staff member will usually be able to link your purchase to your account within a business day.
Where can I find my courses?
Once you purchase a course, you can find your courses on your CEU account by logging in here.
I can't find my certificates. What do I need to do?
Certificates can be found under the "my certificates" tab on your CEU account here. Eventually, we will have previous trainings' certificates available to download as well. But for now if you completed a course on our previous site, you will need to log into the previous site here and view certificates under the "my certificates" tab of the account.
Why aren't I receiving discounts for courses?
By creating an account with the Oklahoma Counseling Institute, you have the ability to keep track of all CEU courses you purchase and complete through OCI. However, our membership program is an additional feature to OCI accounts. If you are not receiving the membership discount on our CEUs (which is often a savings of 20-40% on each course), you can join our membership program by clicking here. It is free for the first 6 months, so give it a try!
I am a member. Why aren't I receiving discounts for courses?
The initial free memberships expire after 6 months, but don't worry! You can easily renew here to continue to receive the discount.
